11.0.0-33u not fully loading

i have everything set up right, all files in the correct locations, everything named correctly, file type display is on, no .bin.bin

when i play the sound file it goes into the loading screen, says "the homemenu ropbin is ready" then boots me back to the home menu and tells me to restart the system (without restarting itself

do you know how i could fix this, or should i stop trying
