Hi, i work in ocean data assimilation and we are interested in providing a global Sea Ice Concentration in netcdf files in data warehouses like DataMart.
Actually, we have an issue when converting our standard files in Netcdf. As you can see in the left-hand image below, the original image has projection information and the ccorresponding Netcdf file in the hasn't.
The problem seems to be solved when you open the Netcdf file in the regular lat/lon grid, but our ice product is located at poles and the right coordinate system to read it is rotated_latitude_longitude.
