I've created a working iwyu action, currently in branch [flatcap/iwyu]. (it also runs clang-format)
clang-format
It uses a Fedora 38 docker which has the latest tools.
The output's not quite there yet. clang-format has no output (which is correct :-) iwyu has some junk output which needs ignoring
Ideally we could set it to fail when either has output and create an artifact with the results.
