Edit Cable Connection without deletion

Would be interesting to edit Cable Connection, termination A or termination B to update replaced devices and connections without delete cable properties like colour, lenght, etc

Yes it would be very nice. See #7792 for workaround (export the cables, delete, modify CSV, re-import)
