@mayurmohanpatil , get an Unavailable for this Email-Address.
So here are my Email:

Hi Mayur Patil,

we have multiple NetScaler in front of a few hundred Java-Applications.

We are using a multi-tear architecture and several security-zones.

At every layer we have NetScaler in front the Applications.

Our Applications are instrumented with
opentelemetry-java-instrumentionen. Also the Apache httpd Revers.Proxy
(if needed) are instrumented with opentelemetry. We get Traces/Metrics
for every Transaction and could debug every performance-problem.

So we have a great Overview of our Infrastructure and great observational.

The only "blackhole" are the NetScaler in this picture. So if we could
get additional the traces/spans from the NetScaler the picture is completed.
This would help us to get a better observability for our performance
analytics.

We are interested in Traces but "transaction-metrics" was interesting
too. We needed the Traces/Spans from the NetScaler to close the
blackholes in our Application-traces to see the complete transaction
with every single node/component working in every transaction.

I have add my company email (XXXXXX), to track this conversation
at my business-address.

We want Transaction-Spans exported from NetScale to
Opentelemetry-Collector, so we could correlate the SPANS together to
Traces.

Regards, Sascha

Thank you Sascha for your message. Please reply with below information over email id provided above.

Please provide your customer details/email id which I can use to create a business case.
Where will you be exporting traces from NetScaler?
Do you use any other proxy which you mentioned?
Do you have end to end topology to understand all entities sending OT in your environment apart from NetScaler?

We are working on OpenTelemetry implementation and your feedback will help us.

Thanks & Regards,
Mayur P
