Term options should show full text on hover

When mapping unique column values to vocabulary terms, the term dropdown has both a vertical and horizontal scrollbar which makes it difficult to find a specific term by keyword when many options start with the same substring (e.g. "Parkinsonism due to...").

Would be much more user friendly if we could show the full term on hover over an item.
