As far as I can tell most of the filenames are not BIDS valid filenames as they do not have any suffix.

The most obvious choice to align with BIDS would be to follow the filenaming templates for discrete segementations: https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/05-derivatives/03-imaging.html#segmentations

Additionally the labels .csv files should probably be turned into TSV files that also follow the BIDS derivatives spec
