Original resources? and how were the surface-based parcellations projected to the MNI volume?

Hey,

Is there a document about where each of the parcellations was originally downloaded from? Some of the parcellations (Glasser, Schaefer etc.) were originally created on the cortical surface. How were these parcellations projected back to the MNI volume (e.g. registration method from Wu2017?

In the README.md the right most column of the table should have the url for where each parcellation was downloaded from. See the code here for the scripts used for registration.
