[ENH] Use Textual for TUI interface. #74

New feature
Two implementations to make TUI interface.
- Have user execute commands through the TUI replacing CLI interface essentially. This is a bigger project, but could make selecting config options super intuitive. This would include the second way in some capacity.
- Use textual TUI just for exploring output of normal run. I think it would be best to integrate into the tree_check running where the TUI would be opened with a flag for standard tree_check run. That way the TUI would have access to the inner object data of all the directories and files. Alternatively, it could be implemented based off parsing the output data of file_tree_check.
