This cookiecutter is getting fairly complex, and the readme isn't very friendly to beginners. It might be nice to have some sphinx documents that breaks the information down into seperate pages, and has a tutorial etc.

This will also serve as an example docs site, as in what the users can expect their project's documentation to look like
