cannot view entire gui on web browser (maybe lower res monitor)

When looking at a lower rez monitor, the GUIs are not exactly usable - they cannot be scaled won past a certain point: screenshot sent in MS teams meeting from us trying to work with a user today.

to test change your resolution to be not 4K and then use browser to try and use GUI
