LLM application Test Connection always fail

Description

I tried the OpenAI Observability quickstart installation. Choose Python, give it a name, copy and execute the code and the click Test connection. But it always fails

Steps to Reproduce

• go to Confirm your OpenAI Observability quickstart installation page
• click 'Begin installation`
• click Python
• give it a name
• pip install nr-openai-observability
• then execute sample code
• then click Test connection

Expected Behavior

Test connection should be success
