Pack Nexss Programmer packages/Nodes to the EXE/binary files

Nexss Programmer uses packages. Packages can contain unlimited number of language used.
To make it even more innovative, we will be packing everything to exe, binary files depends on os.

For example. package Id we use as nexss Id. Now it compiles every time it runs - but still is exteremely fast. But we will be using:

1. cache
2. exe
3. and new engine WIP
