Feature: Allow custom template for the proxy controller

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
To make it more flexible, a custom template should be allowed to be set using a new ressources kind, this allow for more flexibility of the controller itself

Create a dedicated resource kind and allow a field in the proxy settings to use this template
