I just want to stress how greatly appreciated your work on this point of the list would be:
"Automatic transcription of voice messages and videos that are posted and audio files that are posted"

Our colleagues tend to send a lot of voice messages, because they are in an environment where they do not have enough time to properly type messages. On the other end, listening to voice messages requires a different environment, so sending is easy, but receiving is hard. Automatic transcription would massively improve the receiving situation.
For UX inspiration: Slack has transcriptions of voice messages for some years and the design is nice and unobtrusive.
