Feature request: command to show a list all blocked IP

Hello,

When I tested the brute force capability, I realised there is no way of using "occ" to make it listing all blocked IP. You have to browse through the log file to find the desired information, which can be time consuming and pretty inconvenient.

I think a “list” command that shows all blocked ip and the time they were blocked would not only make unblocking more convenient, it could also be a useful tool to analyse attacks, eg to recognise certain ip ranges or suspicious time stamps, etc.
