There have been recent and recurring problems with latest stable releases (see the many reported issues and forum posts and #7191)
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to propose to advertise the last but one stable series in a separate update channel (alike ESR channels for Firefox and Thunderbird).
So if there is an enterprise release channel for nextcloud client, it maybe would fit the above use case best if it could be made publicly available.
Describe alternatives you've considered
In issues on GH and on help.nextcloud.com you can see that a lot of people manually track really stable releases and use latest releases of a previous stable series while continously scanning for issues on GH instead of being able to use an extremely stable release channel.
As I know 3.13 and 1.14 have some issues, I myself use 3.12.7 while I see that 3.12.9 is released which is not advertised by any update channel.
Additional context
It could really help people that cannot use Nextcloud Enterprise, e. g. SOHO customers of managed Nextcloud environments, to track stable client releases.

FYI, ESR = Firefox offers an Extended Support Release (ESR) for organizations, including schools, universities, businesses and others who need extended support for mass deployments.
