take action to multiple message in outbox

OutBox folder in next mail app only allow to see or delete single message
in my case I need to delete all the mail in outbox and there is no way to select or empty the folder

having the ability to select multiple mail and delete them at once or empty the whole Folder

Thanks for maintaining the Mail app — it’s a core tool for our team.

I want to highlight the business impact of this issue. When messages get stuck in the Outbox, there’s currently no efficient way to manage them in bulk. Handling messages one by one costs time, creates confusion for non-technical users, and often leads to support requests inside the company.

For teams using Nextcloud Mail as a daily work tool, this directly affects productivity and operational efficiency.

Being able to select multiple messages or having a simple “Clear/Empty Outbox” action would significantly reduce friction and support overhead, with a high impact relative to the UX change.
