Sent messages filter beeing reset on second sync event

Steps to reproduce

1. go into sent messages
2. filter for something so that subset of messages is shown
3. open developer tools and wait for the second sync to occur
4. the sync call will berepeated immediately

Expected behavior

i'd expect the filter to stay and the filtered messages to be displayed until i remove the filter.

Actual behavior

filter is beeing reset. all messages are shown, no more filtering possible. have to reload the page.
