REQ: first level of inscription notification

Hi
we're using Registration app as once in a while it's easier for contributors to create their account themselves.
But we never get to know when they have tried and failed in this process.

request

1. Admin gets notified when a visitor clicks "Register"
2. Registration admin page shows a list of pending registration requests: email addresses that asked for a confirmation code by email, when users haven't validated the creation yet. Admin can facilitate the process of creation or delete pending requests. Enable or disable notification on registration requests
