Restrict deleting of conversations to owners

• Check participant type on the delete API call
• Allow to promote moderators to owners (owners only)
• Allow to demote owners to moderators (owners only)
• Everyone leaving will still delete the conversation
• Make sure occ can promote multiple users to owners
• Make sure occ can demote single users from owners keeping others
• Make sure occ can create rooms with multiple owners

With this thing, it might make sense (or not) to show a difference between owners and moderators in the participant list. What are your thoughts on it?

I think it makes sense as the privileges are different.
What do you think about using tags to show the different roles? eg. green for owner, blue for moderator, etc?

My concerns are that it might look a bit too colourful or messy if everyone in the participant list is an owner/mod, and also the width of the sidebar might be too less to accommodate both tags if someone is both an owner and mod.
What do you think?

I like it visually, but I'm a little bit worried about horizontal space. What if we go for icons? Or at least icons for admins and maybe tag for the owner?
That way we could also avoid a column of tags in groups with many admins, like in what's app
