Eliminate very long accept button

This looks kind of broken.

If you move the long text into a checkbox and label the button text will be short like just Accept and we don't need an ellipsis.

Yup, or it could be color-text-maxcontrast like:

By clicking "Accept" you confirm to having read the terms and conditions and accepting them.

And then the button "Accept terms and conditions"
