Add database version to software_versions

Hey there,

would it be possible to add the mirbase (or mirgenedb) version to the software_versions file for better reproducibility?

Sure, makes sense. We're welcoming PRs too ;-)

Main issue with this is, that we cannot easily "know" the version using the Download URL for example.
