Describe the bug

  1. arc config -h help menu needs update:
list <list args>      List all assays registered in the ARC
  1. arc config edit does not work (on macOS):
  • opens the standard editor (nano)
  • does not allow to overwrite after changing a value
Start processing command with the arguments:
 
FATAL: File was corrupted in Editor. 
FATAL: Could not parse query.

OS and framework information (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macOS 13.2
  • Arc Version v0.5.0
