pnpm support in elf-cli

It looks like elf-cli uses detect-package-manager, which resolves only npm or yarn. Is there any way to use pnpm?

I'm not familiar with pnpm. There are two options I can think of:

1. Recognizing it automatically by some means. Yarn is used when it finds a yarn.lock file, for example.
2. If that's not possible, we can configure it manually, but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

pnpm uses pnpm-lock.yaml

Version 2.x of detect-package-manager just released that supports detecting pnpm.
