Remove or rename unit tests when cloning template

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The unit tests in the template Custom Device project are copied to the new location when the template is cloned, but are not renamed like the rest of the libraries. The files are removed from the projects, so they are just sitting there stale.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either we should rename the test class like the other libraries or we should remove them from the cloned instance.
