New Feature to check availability of beds for Covid-19 critical patient

As we know nation is hit by 2nd wave of Covid 19 and people are having trouble finding empty bed in hospitals near them. As government advertised for AarogyaSetu app in 1st wave many people installed it so if we add new feature that shows empty beds number in hospitals near them and nearest available hospital that treats Covid patients, it will provide relief to thousands of people.
