Sometimes the bot sends "Can't say for sure" event though the cummuli points are above/below 2.93. The system should always be sure. This issue comes from a legacy code base where it used to be able to be unsure, in an evaluation set. For now please ignore the text message and only focus on the cummuli-points. I'm still in forensics on how this can actually happen!
