So as the code was too old it was not working with TensorFlow==2.13.1. I have made a few changes in the jupyter-notebook files, and I have also added a requiremnts.txt file through which all the necessary packages will be downloaded. Just create the environment, setup kernel and jupyter. After than run the requiremnets.txt files and run the cells in the notebook.
