First of all, thank you a lot for this script! I've been using since 6 years now. However, I recently upgraded to asterisk 16 and finally dared to change the obsolete chan_sip driver to chan_pjsip. At first I though, ah easy fix, lets just add pjsip to this plugin (#10 ) - but needing root for such a simple check hurts me almost physically.
As a result, I've created a second version of this script which uses AMI to perform the checks and thus allowing for much finer control over permissions.
What do you think? (And are you interested in helping out porting this script to AMI?)
