Fill Paragraph command not working

In version 0.9.1 in WebStorm 131.202, the Fill Paragraph command (on the Edit menu) always appears greyed out. This is like Alt-Q in Emacs, and it would be really
useful if it worked.

Notice: This plugin is no more maintained and it has been removed from Jetbrains plugins repository. There is a Markdown plugin officially supported by Jetbrains.
