Insert normalization of tables

Hi,

I did not find a feature for normalizing/formatting tables in markdown. It would be nice if this could be integrated into the "Reformat code" function of phpstorm.

There is also a code snippet on how to achieve this normalization.

Notice: This plugin is no more maintained and it has been removed from Jetbrains plugins repository. There is a Markdown plugin officially supported by Jetbrains.
