Horizontal rule syntax highlighting affects extra line

Steps to reproduce:

• Create an <hr> with ---, *** or similar on a line by itself.
• Add a blank line underneath.

Expected:

• Same behavior as headers: in text view, the --- line is highlighted, but the blank line is not

Actual:

• The blank line takes on the same background color as the --- line.

Looks like blockquotes have the same issue.

Notice: This plugin is no more maintained and it has been removed from Jetbrains plugins repository. There is a Markdown plugin officially supported by Jetbrains.
