Does not work for Pulsar on macOS #2

Hi,

I tried getting this to work in Pulsar (the updated fork of atom) in macOS, and it had no effect.
Trying to fix pulsar-edit/pulsar#1116

I downloaded the zip of this tree and saved it to the pulsar packages folder (could not install from packages site because of the TLS certificate missing)
searched for the extra/additional certificate files setting, then added the path to the root corporate .crt file

Reopening and running Pulsar did not enable packages to be installed.
