Probably use this PR #1. Should be able to start ontology generation.

Fixed it. You would think the instructions would be useful.

After you run cp ./.env.example ./.env
you need to go in and change instances of "localhost" in the URLs to "ollama" or "node4j" that is listed in the comments as it is using docker for all services.

This needs to be better documented.
