tv解析接口部分视频只能480P #930

1. 你使用的BBDown版本是什么？（指明 Release / Actions / DotnetTool）

Actions #205版本

2. 你在什么系统使用本软件？（Win/Linux/Mac）

Win

3. 你使用的完整命令是什么？

BBDown.exe BV1MW4y1n7dA -tv --config-file BBDown.config

4. 遇到了什么问题？

部分视频只能解析到480P 比如 BV1MW4y1n7dA 但是 BV12y4y1g7mX 这个能够正常解析到1080P

5. 运行截图（最好开启`--debug`；注意自行将Cookie/Token等敏感信息隐藏）

很多视频tv解析接口（40%）变得只能480P了
