Slider Component and CDN questions #58

I know I am more than a little late to the party, but I have two questions:

I really only need the slider component. Is there any way to bundle up just that component like you can with jQuery UI?
Assuming I cannot extract just the components I need, can I use the download URL as a CDN? I ask because the URL literally contains "cdn". If not, is there another CDN we could link to? Not finding one on Google.

Anyway, thanks for the beautiful project.
