I need a help-icon, e.g. a "?" inside a circle and an icon which represents a menu, e.g. a folder-icon.

unfortunately the font packs can't easily be extended. Do yo have a kind of font source representation and a description how to add new icons (in a vector format, of couse), how to associate it with a character and how build the browser specific font packages ?
