Hazard layer parameters (and parameters for other layers too) are stored independently, so I can select river flooding for 2050, but surface flooding for 2080 and cyclones for the present day. I'm not sure if this is a bug as such, but I think that I'd expect epoch to be set globally for all layers, when I change it for one layer. Otherwise, I have to go through all my currently selected layers and change the epoch for each one, if I want to see exposure for 2050, say.
