Did the following:
Changed the results folder in the config.yml file to
/soge-home/project/mistral/transport_risk_analysis/global_transport_model/results

Then ran the command:
snakemake -n --cores 2 -- /soge-home/project/mistral/transport_risk_analysis/global_transport_model/results/kenya-latest_filter-road/edges.geoparquet

Got error as shown in screenshot

just realised i had already raised this issue...sorry my bad! Anyway more evidence!
