Office File Formats Library Forum Suggestion

I'm watching different library for Office formats for many years. I notice that there are a few common problems these libraries are facing.

Common Problems
a. Excel file corruption (due to bugs or misunderstanding of Office formats document)
b. Xml Serialization performance issues
c. Out of memory issue (usually due to huge excel file)
d. Programming language level bugs

I'm thinking we can create a forum or foundation to gather the issues and exchange experiences for different Office formats libraries.
