Also good encryption option. Can be used for home directory encryption.

Sure, this seems like a potential feature. I first wasn't sure whether this is really in disko's scope, but you have to enable this on the filesystem first, that part would be something disko can/should do. See also https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Fscrypt#File_system
