Investigate how to generate badges that can be included in the README file of NLP tools. Here are a few ideas for the first badges:

  • Show that the implementation is compliant with the NLP Sandbox OpenAPI spec
  • Show what version of the NLP Sandbox OpenAPI spec is implemented by the GH repository (e.g. "NLP Sanbdox API: 0.2.1")
  • Show what API is implemented by a GH repository (e.g. "NLP Sandbox: Date Annotator")

Interesting badges that shows the performance/rank of a NLP tool or whether the implementation submitted for evaluation is indeed compliant with our specs will be implemented after playing around with the badge concept.
