Enable Mac Mouse Fix depending on application used [enhancement]

## Description
Consider providing the ability to selectively activate usage of Mac Mouse Fix based on what app the user is using.

## Rationale
Sometimes, when using 3D apps, the mouse buttons do not work as expected when Mac Mouse Fix is enabled. In those situations, it is inconvenient to manually toggle Mac Mouse Fix.
