Unable to pay using Paypal [other] #1693

Myself Kumar, Im new to Mac mouse fix and would firstly thank you for building such a great utility. I think it was time to payup and i received a notification today to pay to continue using. I tried doing so but gumroad - paypal seems to be having an issue. Paypal is asking me to add a card though i have enough paypal balance. Seems to me that this is an existing issue. How to proceed? im a student from india.
