Problem: Some queries missing the first letter do not get good suggestions.

Potential issues include:

• User not getting good suggestion for 'off-by-one' mistakes

Solution(s):

• Score substrings suggestions higher to push them towards the top
• Query is substring of name: higher score
• Name is substring of query: higher score
