Revisit `publish-immutable-action` when it'll be ready

Trying to work with something too on the edge seems to be biting me now. So I'll be patient and revisit this later.

This issue is for tracking rollback commits and other changes.

Important

<=v0.0.9 uses the publish-immutable-action which is not 100% ready for usage.
=v0.0.10 uses the classical "push dist to main" release.
>=v0.0.11 uses the classical "push dist to main" release with publish-immutable-action, prefer that instead.
