Personal Pan Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 cup white bread flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour or 3/4 cup white bread flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp parmesean cheese

Directions

  1. Add warm water, sugar and yeast together in a bowl and let it activate for 10 min.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients until the dough comes together
  3. Knead the dough until smooth
  4. Cover the douch in olive oil and let it rise for an hour
  5. Punch the dough down and knead it into a ball
  6. Preheat over to 450F
  7. Cut the dough in 2 and Roll/stretch one half into an 8 inch circle
  8. Coat an oven safe skillet in oil (I prefer an iron skillet)
  9. Place the pizza dough into the skillet and cover with your favorite pizza toppings
  10. Bake for 8-10 min until the cheese starts to brown and the dough is a nice color
  11. Make a second pizza with the rest of the dough or store in the fridge/freezer for later
