- 2 cup white bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour or 3/4 cup white bread flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp parmesean cheese
- Add warm water, sugar and yeast together in a bowl and let it activate for 10 min.
- Add the rest of the ingredients until the dough comes together
- Knead the dough until smooth
- Cover the douch in olive oil and let it rise for an hour
- Punch the dough down and knead it into a ball
- Preheat over to 450F
- Cut the dough in 2 and Roll/stretch one half into an 8 inch circle
- Coat an oven safe skillet in oil (I prefer an iron skillet)
- Place the pizza dough into the skillet and cover with your favorite pizza toppings
- Bake for 8-10 min until the cheese starts to brown and the dough is a nice color
- Make a second pizza with the rest of the dough or store in the fridge/freezer for later
