Not working if started with Ethernet unplugged

Hello and thanks for this gret little utility.

I am using it on my MacBook and it works well when started with Ethernet connected. The wired Ethernet can then be disconnected and it continues to work well. But if Ethernet is disconnected and the application is started, it just shows a white window with "en0" in the title bar.

macOS Big Sur version 11.6.1
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
Ethernet via lightning to Ethernet adaptor

Same problem. I don't have an ethernet dongle, but all I get is the white window with "en0".
