Dipole length issue

Picked this from email:

"...why is the driven element half the size / length it should be?"

"...dipole should be probably somewhere close to twice what your calculations come up as."

Checked some online calculators and looks like current length is suitable for folded dipole: reference: https://www.changpuak.ch/electronics/Dipole_folded.php

Need to investigate this more later unless somebody known more...
